Alfred Banks is a colossal talent and one to watch

Well, I just spent the last hour or so listening to “The Beautiful” an INCREDIBLE album by Alfred Banks. I’m still out of commission right now health ways, but I wanted to take a moment and shine some light on this dude.

He is an AVID mental health advocate. I love to see people use their platform and their brand to showcase mental health issues.

His album “The Beautiful” is an in-depth, in your face, first hand look at the wake of loss from mental health issues. Alfred’s brother fought Schizophrenia and he sadly committed suicide. If you are an avid reader of the blog, you know that I suffer from my own mental health issues. I am struggling through a severe bout of depression now. Which is how this caught my eye. So, everything happens for a reason.

It is so admirable to see someone coming up and taking a stand on something so HUGE! Check out Alfred Banks on INSTAGRAM and YOUTUBE.
