I’m not going to pretend that I understand enough Italian to know what the song is about, right? That would be silly. But, I can still appreciate a good rap track when I hear one. The hook is phenomenal! The beat bumps hard and the aggressive bars match with the music perfectly.
“Killer” is a really great track. Definitely my favorite off of the new Ep. The instrumental is reminiscent of an old mobster movie and the beat bangs in your headphones. This track can tell you a story whether you understand Italian or not, if you just listen. I imagine an Italian assassin that lives a hard, sad and lonely life. What do you hear when you really listen? Let us know in the comments. I could be way off, but that’s what I hear.
This is the video that I saw first that introduced me to Big Dega. I just LOVE his beat choices for his tracks. I am a sucker for a hard beat and Big Dega delivers just that.
