Tonight’s featured artist is Capital X out of Brooklyn, now located in Norway.
I’ve been working with El from Lifer’s Group lately, helping him out with promotion and stuff. The thing about helping people out for free, it can be frustrating, but the connections and network are totally worth it. Capital X is working with Lifer’s Group now.
I am pretty stoked to find this guy. He is repping Latin rappers and he’s a fellow Suicidal Tendencies fan, which is cool. Dude… YES!! This is what I’m talking about. I love the instrumental on this track. This track is bad ass. It is so different for a NY Rapper. It is so West Coast. That shows great diversity. Oh and the Crypt Keeper sample is pretty rad too!
I love the aggressive rap style. It’s just not something that you see enough of, kind of like Ice-T’s band, Body Count. His music is definitely a mash up of hardcore and rap and I love it.

Capital X has performed in sixteen countries. That shows you, people everywhere love UNIQUE rappers. He has a new single coming out on March 31 called ”Truth be Told”.
